Dead of Dehydration

When we go to church, week after week, and our lives are Not Changing for the Better .. Then something is certainly missing Somewhere, and we MUST begin to examine ourselves, AND, those around us.

The Apostle Paul describes the Church/Ekklesia/Called out People of GOD/Christians, as a Group of people, who Build one another Up, (Ephesians 4:11-16). People who Edify one another (Vs. 12) and Grow together (Vs. 15)

Yet in many cases, what we see are People come to that Altars, give their hearts to the LORD, and then, find a comfortable spot on a pew or chair, to Sit and DIE, as the dead deeds of Religion are played out within the walls of a Building, called a Church.

The life slowly dwindles out of people, as the Cracks form, and the Living Water of Life, begins to drain from them. They become Cracked Cisterns as described by the Prophet Jeremiah, in Jeremiah 2:13

Here we see Two Evils, that GODS people committed,

1. They forsook GOD.

2. They hewed out their Own Cisterns, that GOD called “Broken Cisterns”.

Folks, we can Build them big enough to hold 50,000 People, But if they don’t hold the Living Water of Almighty GOD, they are nothing more than another Cracked, Leaky Cistern. The Point here is this,

No One, is going to get a Drink from a Dry Well.

John 10:10 says: “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”

Jesus said: That they might have “LIFE” and have it “MORE Abundantly” .. Meaning MORE, not less. Not sitting in a Building, as a Part of the Social Club we call “The Church”, But rather the Family of GOD, and the Called out People, of GOD.

We must examine ourselves, and those that we surround ourselves with .. Do we find REAL LIFE .. Or just a Form of it ?

Paul says: “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates”? (2 Corinthians 13:5)

Its time that the BODY of Christ, starts the Examination Process .. Lest we be found to be “Reprobates”

Reprobate is the Strong’s Concordance Greek word G96 (adokimos) and means: to be unapproved, and found to be unfit.

Examine yourselves, and make SURE your not found to be part of a Reprobate Social Club, that so many call “The Church” today.

Friends, if your not Growing, Your not Going anywhere but Where you are Now, and if that’s a place FULL of Dead works, well, chances are, Your just as dead as they are.

If this has described you, and where you are, then friend, Repent, Get out of that Graveyard, Get Back to JESUS, and get back to LIVING in the Flow of Living Water, before your found "Dead of Dehydration".
